Delivers live streaming video to Crestron touchpanels and mobile devices.
For a substitute, please see CEN-NVS200.
The CEN-NVS100 is the perfect accessory for every Crestron® connected home, school, or business, providing a simple solution for streaming video from any camera to touchpanels throughout the facility. It works with all Crestron V-Panel™ and Isys i/O® TPMC Series touchpanels[1], allowing easy monitoring of door entry cameras, nursery cameras, or any other video feed. It is also compatible with the ADMS Intermedia Delivery System™, letting you view live cameras within its Home Control GUI. You can even use it to add live video monitoring to your remote access solution using our e-Control® XPanel application, or to your iPhone®, iPad, or iPod touch® using our Crestron Mobile™ and Crestron Mobile Pro™ control apps.
Dual codecs allow the simultaneous streaming of signals with two different video settings. Video settings include adjustable image size, quality, and bit rate. Further options include text and time stamp overlay, plus privacy masking to allow any portion of the video image to be obscured. Up to three motion detection windows can be defined, enabling automated control events in response to movement in specific areas onscreen. Events can also be triggered by an external motion detector connected to the digital input, or when a total loss of signal is detected.
A RS-485 control port is included, providing for remote control of a pan/tilt/zoom camera, with select drivers built-in to support Pelco® D and other popular models.

Crestron Intercom Demo (TPMC + C2N-IIF) Example Programs
This is a simplified version of the complex Intercom Demo progam. This program demonstrates programming to allow each Location to be able to Call one of many other Locations and then be able to talk with someone at the other location. When a Call is made, an audible alert is heard notifying the user to Answer the call. Additional features are included by allowing the user to select one of three modes for each Location. This program implements a Crestron Intercom system, which includes interaction between a C2N-IIF and TPMC touch panels. There are 5 touch panels and a Door Station programmed in this example. Line level audio routing is handled with an Intercom Audio Distribution System (IADS). A Barix Audio Interface is used in this program to manage the distribution of line level audio from the IADS over Ethernet.Video routing is handled with an Intercom Video Distribution System (IVDS).A NVS-100 Video streaming device is used in this program to manage the distribution of video from the IVDS/Video source over Ethernet.
