The CEN-FUSION-R320 is an out-of-the-box hardware server, pre-configured with Crestron Fusion™ software licensed for Fusion RV®, Fusion EM™, or both. For commercial organizations without a large IT infrastructure, specifying and configuring a server is costly and time-consuming. The CEN-FUSION-R320 is a convenient solution for getting a Crestron Fusion system up and running quickly and reliably^[1].

Hardware

The server is a compact 1 RU chassis with hardware specified by Crestron® and built by Dell®. With an Intel® Xeon® ES-1410 processor, 8 GB of memory, dual gigabit Ethernet, and two hard drives configured as RAID 1 for redundancy, the server is optimized for running Fusion RV and Fusion EM smoothly. All hardware is covered by Dell with a 3 year warranty. Dell also provides three years of 24x7 technical support with next business day on-site service.

Software

All necessary software is installed and configured for typical use. This includes Microsoft® Windows Server® 2008 R2, Microsoft SQL Server® 2008, and the latest version of Fusion RV and Fusion EM. Crestron specifies 10 Client Access Licenses for SQL Server to ensure that you are in compliance with Microsoft license agreements. Also included is a CD with the Crestron Fusion installer and PDFs of all product documentation.

Fusion RV® Remote Asset Management Software

Fusion RV® is the AV and technology management component of Crestron Fusion™. View room status; track maintenance on projectors; schedule end-of-day shutdown; book meetings in rooms; provide remote help desk assistance; capture and distribute multimedia presentations and more — all from the web-based interface.

Fusion EM™ Energy Management Software

Fusion EM™ is the energy management component of Crestron Fusion™. Analyze energy consumption; turn lights on or off; set actions for when a room is occupied; adjust heating/cooling set points; edit demand response settings and more - all from the web-based interface.
